She has been faithful to her fitness routine for years, but she also adheres to the rules when it comes to nutrition. All that resulted in great form, so it is not surprising that almost no one believes that she is 58.

She recently shared her daily routine and revealed how she maintains a slender figure and youthful appearance. If you want to look like her, follow these rules:

1. Mandatory morning routine

She drinks green vegetable smoothies on an empty stomach every morning. She is sure that she feels much better because of this morning ritual, and therefore she looks great. This drink helps it expel accumulated toxins from the liver and kidneys but also speeds up metabolism.

2. Drink at least two liters of water a day

Hydration plays a key role in maintaining good looks, both body and face, so El consumes at least 2 liters of fluid every day.

3. Organic food takes precedence

The model is trying to get rid of GMO food completely. She is sure that she drastically impairs her appearance.

4. One coffee a day

Like many of us, Elle is a coffee lover, but she drinks only one cup a day because caffeine can interfere with the absorption of healthy nutrients from food.

5. She replaced the bad fats with the good ones

Not all fats are bad. Those found in processed and canned foods are bad, but Elle enjoys the benefits of the good fats found in flaxseed, olive oil, fish oil, and avocado.

6. Proteins are important

Her menu is dominated by protein-rich foods.

7. She goes to the gym 4 times a week

"Physical activity is very important at my age, both because of my physical appearance and my health. I enjoy cardio training the most." She advises training at least 4 times a week for half an hour.

8. She meditates regularly

Meditation helps me to be calm and make more rational decisions, but it also improves my mood. If you meditate, you will not need to treat your sadness with sweets.
