George Clooney went from house to house and helped people repair the damage caused by the terrible floods!
Many people are calling him a hero and admiring him for helping.
American actor George Clooney (60) found himself with his family in the devastating floods and landslides that hit northern Italy on Tuesday, and the brave actor helped the local authorities to resolve the cataclysmic situation as soon as possible.
It is known that Clooney spent his summers on Lake Como, where he is the owner of the villa "Oleandra" from the 18th century, and now, unfortunately, he was caught in the terrible floods.
- It was much worse than you can imagine. I think that years could pass and millions will be spent before everything is renewed - Clooney told the Italian media, who offered help to the mayor of Laglio.
Clooney was seen on Wednesday (July 28th) helping Laglio residents clean up the rubble from houses, bars, and the street.
- This city has always been here, it will continue to be here, even stronger, and come back even better. This is a very durable city - said the actor.
Clooney bought the villa in 2002 for about $ 14 million. The villa has 25 rooms, an outdoor cinema and a swimming pool, reports "The Sun".
