Happy Skin! Easy DIY natural masks!

Let's continue with DIY masks, made from ingredients you could easily find in your cupboard like green tea, honey, avocado, and eggs. Your skin will be pleasantly surprised by all the vitamins, minerals, and hydration. Your skin will be happy and it will be grateful!

Let’s go bananas!

Banana is rich in vitamins A, B6, B12 and C, which makes it an excellent fighter against persistent wrinkles around the eyes, lips and forehead.

Mash a little banana, then add half a teaspoon of olive oil and a little honey. Apply the mask on your face, leave it on for about 20 minutes, then rinse.

Flaxseed anti-wrinkle mask

Flax seeds can do magic on your skin, so it would be great for you to include them in your skincare rituals immediately  They contain vitamin E, essential amino acids, including omega-3 fatty acids, as well as phytoestrogen, which improves the structure of the skin, making it smooth and taut.

Make an effective mask by boiling one tablespoon of flaxseed, and then apply the cooled mixture to your face. Lie down, relax and after half an hour take off your mask, wash and apply your favourite face cream.

Turmeric face mask for skin without wrinkles

Turmeric is one of the most powerful natural remedies, it has an anti-inflammatory effect and fights great against acne, blackheads and most importantly - wrinkles.

Mix half a teaspoon of turmeric with a little yoghurt and a few drops of olive or coconut oil. Leave the mask on for about 20 minutes, then rinse.

Egg mask for face against wrinkles

The egg whites will remove all the lipids from the skin, while the egg yolks will hydrate and nourish the face. That is why an egg is an excellent ingredient in homemade masks, and this is how you make an egg mask if you want to remove wrinkles. Whisk one egg, then add a little honey and olive oil. The mask should stay on your face for about 30 minutes, and after washing, of course, apply moisturizer. If you are going to bed soon, you can use the coconut oil and panthenol crème we talked about some time ago., You can use this egg mask twice a week, and the skin will regain its elasticity and a healthy look.

Spectacler’s choice-celeb DIY mask by Jessica Alba:Yogurt, Coffee, and Coconut Oil

You might be surprised, but Alba has a ton of DIY face masks she uses to get inspiration for a new product. Yes, she has her own skincare line, but, she loves DIY masks.

She uses a genius scrub and face mask combo using simple ingredients. She mixes up honey, fine table salt, yoghurt, flax seeds, and coconut oil.

Another of her favourite masks for hydration is made by mixing half a cup of full-fat plain Greek yoghurt, a tablespoon of ground coffee, and a tablespoon of coconut oil (which can be substituted for lemon juice if you are feeling too greasy for the oil)
