The happiest people in the world never break these 7 rules
The Japanese believe that every acquaintance and every experience is a unique treasure that will never be repeated in the same way. If you do not enjoy every moment, they will be lost forever. Life is based on this principle, so it is not surprising that they rank among the happiest nation in the world.
Thanks to this way of thinking, they wake up every morning with the mission to use the next hours in the best possible way. They know that close people are everything in the world and that unimportant things should not bother them.
Another principle that guides the Japanese is to live without any burdens. They let go of things that have passed and that cannot be influenced in any way, and the uncertainty of the future.
We need to learn from them. Each of us should be guided by these rules:
1. Don’t put off special moments for later
Each opportunity is provided only once. If you don't use it, you will lose it forever. Live now or never.
2. Live as if tomorrow does not exist
Make the most of every meeting with loved ones. Tell them how much you love them and how much they mean to you, because you may not get a second chance.
3. Live in the present
Thinking about the past and anticipating future events is a complete waste of time. Try to live in this moment, be present, and use this moment in the best way.
4. Do something you never did
As Einstein said, you cannot do everything the same and expect some change. You need to try to experience something new every day, even if it is a small thing.

5. Meditate
About 10 minutes of meditation a day will completely calm you down and make your quality of life much better.
6. Rely on your senses
Learn to listen, watch, touch, and smell every moment. This will teach you to be more considerate of others and increase your level of empathy.
7. You are not obliged to do things that you do not like
People by nature like to change everything, they have the opportunity to rediscover themselves as many times as necessary. If things in your life are monotonous, change them. It's easier than you think, just dare to try.
