Here's why you should visit Kusadasi!
Beautiful beaches, crazy nightlife, and tasty food!
The famous summer resort of Kusadasi has been attracting tourists from all over the world for years, both by the sea and numerous beaches, as well as clubs, where you are guaranteed a great time until dawn. Kusadasi is located on the northern shores of the Aegean Sea.
From Izmir, one of the major Turkish cities, Kusadasi is 90 km away, and about 150 km from the airport in Bodrum. The name of the city comes from a small island called "Bird Island" with which it is connected by a narrow embankment. From a small fishing village, it has grown into one of the main tourist centers on the Aegean coast of Turkey, which is visited by about half a million tourists during the season.
Many people have marked the history of Kusadasi - Greeks, Persians, Romans, and Byzantines, as evidenced by many archaeological finds around the city. The ancient fortress from the 15th century is located next to the city beach and is a symbol of the city.

You can feel the spirit of the Ottoman Empire at every step - walking the cobbled streets, bargaining in one of the shops, and enjoying the specialties of Turkish cuisine. Kusadasi is adorned with seven beautiful beaches, a national park, numerous restaurants, and Turkish bars, which can be easily reached by small dolmus buses. The city's sandy beach is near the marina. It is often crowded, and all the shops, restaurants, and cafes are very close.
The National Park or Milli Park is located 30-35 km south of Kusadasi, towards Bodrum. The beaches are pebbly, with crystal clear water and some parasols and deck chairs, and with lots of rocks and natural shade. Entrance to this park has to be paid, both for cars and for each person. It’ll take you half an hour by car to reach the city center.
This part of Kusadasi is known for its smaller bays, it is also quiet and ideal for rest, and the clear water allows diving. The city center itself is dynamic, full of different places to go out, while outside the city there are a large number of hotels and beaches in a quiet environment.
