When is the best time for breakfast?
The time you eat meals is very important. Tim Spector, a professor of genetic epidemiology, argues that the right time for breakfast is later than we are used to.
There are several types of fats in our bodies. Those fats that are located inside the abdominal cavity and around vital organs are considered the most dangerous. Such fats will endanger our health, that is, they will slow down the body and weaken the work of organs.
Tim Spector, a professor of genetic epidemiology in London, claims that waiting a few hours before eating breakfast will help us stay healthy and lose extra pounds. He says this is mainly because people nowadays dine later than previous generations, and that is usually around 9 pm.

For this reason, he believes that breakfast at 11 a.m. could be the perfect way to achieve a fast of 14 hours overnight. Spector told the audience at the Cheltenham Science Festival that if they had breakfast later it would bring some benefits. 'I think we need to re-examine everything that sounds unhealthy because a lot of new scientific research is coming out.'
According to him, there is a simple change that people can make by moving breakfast from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., which he considers more effective than more modern diets such as 5: 2.
If you want to get rid of extra pounds, you should eat breakfast every day. Breakfast should be rich in protein and/or fiber and must contain fresh fruits and vegetables, so you would be full until the next meal.
Because of this, it is important to choose carefully and wisely what you will eat because you will not be full for the same amount of time thanks to everything you eat. Your breakfast can be extremely hearty and filling, but if you eat the wrong things, you won’t have enough energy for the rest of the day. A healthy and desirable breakfast is one that is rich in protein, fiber and healthy fats because it is thanks to them that you will have enough energy. Foods that are therefore recommended are eggs, oatmeal, vegetables, peanut butter and whole-grain black bread.
