Jamie Lee Curtis last time in a famous horror
The actress announced back in February, when the shooting was over, that she would no longer appear in this iconic role.
The cult horror "Halloween" premiered back in 1978, when it brought world fame to actress Jamie Lee Curtis, and is one of the most popular sagas of this genre in the history of world cinema.
In the first part of this series, which was directed by John Carpenter, Curtis made her debut on the big screen, after which she was called Hollywood's "scream queen". She repeatedly pointed out that the famous franchise, which includes as many as 12 films, helped her not only launch her career, but also to maintain it.
In the following decades, many sequels and remakes were made. In 2018 we had the opportunity to watch another in a series of titles, which neglected all the films in the series about the serial killer Michael Myers, except for the first part. Namely, the plot of this film, entitled "Halloween", continued directly from the story of the 1978 film of the same name.

The new trilogy, from David Gordon Green, allowed us to see a now much older Laurie struggling to protect her daughter and granddaughter from Myers after he escapes from prison.
The 2018 film was followed up by the even more brutal and bloody "Halloween Kills" (2021), and the last part of the trilogy called "Halloween Ends" arrives in theaters on October 14 this year.
More than four decades after the first film, Jamie Lee Curtis returns one last time as Laurie Strode in the final showdown with Michael Myers. The actress announced back in February, when the shooting was over, that she would no longer appear in this iconic role.
