World-famous chef Jamie Oliver admitted that he managed to return his weight to normal and revealed how he did it.

Jamie Oliver reveals how he lost 26 pounds: I had to give up only one thing

"I pushed meat down, pushed veggie up, got more sleep and more movement," said Jamie Oliver, adding that he replaced meat with large portions of vegetables, "It has an extraordinary effect, you are not hungry, you have eaten enough, but you do not eat food that is problematic," he told the British media.

"That's how I feed my children, and I halved the portions of other food for myself," the most famous chef in the word continued, "I also ate a lot of nuts, which are great for the heart," said Jamie.

In addition, he admitted that he drank occasionally, and everyone knows that alcohol has a huge caloric value.

"Now I limit myself to a few drinks on weekends, but I don't drink on weekdays anymore. I'm really trying to be more careful about what I eat and drink," said Oliver.

Jamie also said that he eats the most food for breakfast and that he was especially careful not to consume much food at nighttime.
