Jessie J got infected at the last concert

Singer Jessie J, 33, revealed on her Instagram profile that she picked up the virus while she was singing in Los Angeles on December 14th. She shared the news with her fans along with a series of photos from the same concert.

" I got Covid at this performance, but the audience was great" she wrote in the description of the photos.

Black and white photos of the intimate performance were taken at The Hotel Cafe.

"I'll pray you get well soon! I love you" a colleague wrote in a comment." Some would say you find the positive in everything," the other added jokingly."Aww! I hope you are well now! " concerned fans also responded.

Namely, less than two months ago, the singer shared with her fans in an emotional post on Instagram that she had lost a baby. Although she did not reveal how pregnant she was, she said that on the third ultrasound they saw that the baby's heart was no longer beating.

Jessie has been battling Meniere’s disease for almost a year, an inner ear disease characterized by attacks of dizziness, nausea, and vomiting, as well as tinnitus and the appearance of deafness. She spoke about her condition in mid-August and described how particularly difficult it was for her to be affected by the disease.

‘Yesterday I tried to sing a song that I normally sing with ease and I couldn’t. The problem is not my voice, but the disease affects my voice. I was sobbing. Hours. I allowed myself to feel the part that was broken in me that I often ignore even though I shouldn’t. Six months did not pass without pain in my neck and throat. Sometimes it’s better, sometimes it’s worse ‘, she wrote then, among other things, and announced that she would retire from social networks for a while in order to focus on her recovery.

She posted a photo with a positive pregnancy test on Instagram, and next to it she wrote an emotional post in which she described what happened and how she felt.

Yesterday morning I laughed with a friend and commented on how difficult it would be for me to do tonight’s gig without telling anyone I was pregnant. Yesterday afternoon I was afraid I would do the gig so I wouldn’t break. After the third ultrasound, I was told that the heartbeat was no longer heard… This morning I feel like I have no control over my emotions. I may regret posting this, and I may not. I don’t know, ‘ she wrote.

She added that she would still do the planned concert because she thought that singing would help her.

Just hours later, the singer performed at a concert in Los Angeles where she ‘broke down’ as she spoke about her difficult experience.

"They told me a long time ago that I would not be able to have children and I never trusted them. I don't believe in lies. I decided to have a baby on my own and it worked wonders, at least for a while. Yesterday was a horror " she said through tears then.
