Julia Roberts prepares for family change
The Pretty Woman actress is a devoted mother of three children. Julia Roberts is usually discreet about her personal life, but in a recent interview with Extra, she discusses a forthcoming upheaval at home. With husband Danny Moder, the Pretty Woman actress has 17-year-old twins Hazel and Phinnaeus, as well as 14-year-old Henry, and is gearing up for a new chapter in their family. The Hollywood beauty said that her two eldest children would soon be beginning college, admitting that it makes her dizzy yet happy at the same time. "I mean, it makes me feel a bit dizzy. When you say that, I mean, I'm really looking forward to them." It's incredibly exciting, and I didn't get the chance to go to college. So it's pretty interesting to observe how things are going for them. "And yes, I'm just delighted for them," she explained.
This isn't the only change Julia has spoken up against. The Oscar winner spoke about how moving during the epidemic affected her family. Julia and Danny explained that their move to Northern California with their children had been a success for everyone. "We always felt like we were living on the outside of LA... I believe it's a fantastic decision "she stated "I don't believe it's for the faint of heart to move three adolescents during a pandemic, but we did it, and everyone seems well and pleased." The couple has done an outstanding job of providing their children with a quiet existence away from the spotlight.
Julia previously described the first time her children inquired about her employment. In 2018, she told Harper's Bazaar, "I don't think they'll ever have a genuine understanding of [my popularity]. It was like, 'You're famous?' I remember I told you once when people were starting to figure it out. I suppose a lot of people have watched the movie that I'm in or know who I am,' I explained. "Are you more famous than Taylor Swift?" they asked their mother.
