Kanye is under investigation for assault

Kanye West, also known as Ye, is under investigation for alleged criminal assault in Los Angeles. According to a report from the Los Angeles Police Department, after being involved in an incident with a fan who asked him for an autograph at 3 a.m. this Thursday outside of the Soho Warehouse, an exclusive club for VIP members only. According to several North American media, such as 'Page Six' or 'TMZ', the rapper has not been arrested.

The 44-year-old interpreter of 'Donda', ex of Kim Kardashian and current partner of actress Julia Fox, allegedly had a verbal argument with a fan who asked him for an autograph, while the musician was waiting in his van, outside the Private club. The fight turned physical afterward.

According to several media reports, West had beaten the fan until he was thrown to the ground. In this case, that is being investigated by the authorities as a misdemeanor, an assault, and a maximum prison sentence is six months.

West's representatives have declined to comment on the incident, and Los Angeles police have declined to provide further details about the incident.
The portal 'TMZ' obtained a video of an apparently furious West, who could be heard shouting: "Did they say that or not? Did everyone say that or not? Because that is what has happened right now".

The same media has also reported that hours before West was seen partying at the Delilah nightclub in West Hollywood with actress  Julia Fox, with whom he recently started dating. He then left the club, although his partner stayed.

This is not the first case in which police have investigated West for assault. Also, in March 2014, the rapper was accused of beating up a photographer months earlier, in July, also at Los Angeles International Airport. The incident, in which West attempted to snatch the camera from the man, was captured on video. To gain parole, West had to undergo 24 anger management sessions, perform 250 hours of community service and pay compensation to the victim.

Beverly Hills police also investigated a January 2014 incident in which West was accused of assaulting a man at a chiropractor's office. The rapper reached a civil agreement with the man and at that time he got rid of the accusation.

Recall, Kanye has a new girlfriend, Julia Fox. The paparazzi took pictures of the rapper and actress on several occasions, and together they were in Miami for a short vacation, and then went to New York, where they attended a Broadway show, as evidenced by the photographs that emerged outside the theater, as well as photographs of them socializing with the theatre crew after the show.

Comparisons of the new girl to Kanye West’s recent wife are inevitable. Especially since just ten days ago, Kanye bought a house worth more than $5 million across the street from the mansion where Kim lives with their four children and immediately decided to tear down the house. Many comment that Kanye found a girl who resembles Kim, but she’s not even close to her.
