Kevin Spacey seen in Croatia
Spacey will be in Croatia until Wednesday morning.
Actor Kevin Spacey arrived in Croatia for vacation. After a great drama because of which he ended up before the law due to accusations of sexual abuse, he received an unconditional bail from a British court. A little later, he packed his suitcases and set off on a journey that certainly raised the local press to its feet.
The British media, in fact, claim that the reason for his arrival was the filming of a new documentary series. However, according to director Jakov Sedlar, that is far from the truth. As Kevin’s host again, he said: “We're just having lunch.” After a short pause, he continued: “What series? He came for vacation. To rest and enjoy.”
Spacey will be in Croatia until Wednesday morning. He was filmed for the first time since he appeared in court in London on charges of sexually abusing three men. It should be reminded that the court imposed an unconditional bail on him, so he is free to travel wherever he wants.

He also visited Croatia earlier - when he was filming "Once Upon a Time in Croatia", with the aforementioned director. He was considered one of the biggest stars until he retired about five years ago when the first accusations against him surfaced. At the time, he also spoke publicly about being gay, only to find himself on another pillar of shame, because everyone thought that he is trying to mitigate the negative publicity after the accusations.
In November 2017, London's Old Vic Theater (of which he was a patron and director for a time) announced that 20 separate lawsuits had been received from 20 men for Spacey’s inappropriate behavior. These are men who were in contact with the actor in the theater or related to it, in the period between 1995 and 2013.
"Mr. Spacey strongly denies all charges in that case," his lawyer, Patrick Gibbs, told the court. If convicted of sexual assault, he faces six months in prison and a fine, but another act of intercourse without consent could lead to life imprisonment.
