Kristen Stewart about the role of Joker: I'm down to play a freaky, scary person
There's currently a viral Internet campaign for Kristen Stewart to play the next Joker, and the actress finally shared her thoughts
Robert Pattinson plays Batman in a new film about the famous superhero directed by Matt Reeves, and the new trailer appeared a few days ago. You can watch the trailer here.
Fans immediately launched an action to have the Joker played by Kristen Stewart in the next film.
Let us remind you, this actress once played together with Robert Pattinson in the film series "Twilight Saga" and the two of them were in a relationship until a stormy break-up after she cheated on him with director Rupert Sanders.
In an interview with Variety, Kristen Stewart was willing to talk about the idea of playing the Joker, giving an enigmatic answer:
"I'm totally down to play a freaky, scary person," the actress said, adding:
"I don't mean 'no,' but it's not the most impressive thing I could be," said Christine Stewart. Besides, she reminded the host that it has just been "done so well" by the other actors who portrayed this iconic character.
Whether the actress will ever play the Joker remains to be seen.
