This couple from the series was a favorite among viewers in the eighties. Jason Donovan and Kylie Minogue reunited after 30 years in the roles of Scott and Charlene.
Their return to Ramsay Street in the fictional Melbourne suburb of Erinsburg comes after it was announced that the show's final season will air this summer, after 37 years on the air.
Kylie Minogue, who rose to stardom more than 30 years after appearing in the series, posted photos with Jason Donovan on her Twitter account, writing: "Now we're back together," alluding to part of their song "Especially for You" which was a global hit in the eighties. In the photos, Kylie and Jason are hugging and laughing. Jason Donovan also shared photos together on his Twitter account, writing: "So good to be back together with this undisputed legend. Scott and Charlene in the final scenes."

The series "Neighbours" was first broadcast in 1985, and Jason Donovan and Kylie Minogue starred in the series until 1989. Their wedding episode was watched by more than two million viewers in Australia, and a year later the series attracted 20 million people when it was shown in the UK. The final end after 37 years of broadcasting the series "Neighbors" is scheduled for July 29 on Channel 5, when the last two episodes will be broadcast.
Both Kylie and Jason became famous after appearing in this soap opera.
