Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are one of the favorite celebrity couples, and their love story really seems like a fairy tale. Ever since it became known that they had reconciled after many years of separation, and shortly afterward got engaged, the couple could not avoid the enormous interest of the media and the public. In the middle of June, the news leaked that they got married in secret, but they have not yet confirmed it. 

However, not everything is ideal for them either, as evidenced by the fact that even after all these years, Ben has not left a single habit that did not sit well with his beloved. Namely, even though he got rid of many vices, the avid smoker Ben does not give up cigarettes, even during a walk with Jennifer, who is known to be very committed to a healthy life.

Even earlier, her ex-fiancé Alex Rodriguez boasted of their healthy lifestyle and pointed out that Jennifer is to be blamed.

'She relies heavily on basic things, for example, it is important for her to rest and sleep between 8 and 10 hours. She doesn't drink, doesn't smoke. She leads a very clean life,' Rodriguez told Harper's Bazaar in 2018.

Given that she herself is very committed to a healthy and clean life, it's clear that Jennifer is not thrilled with her current fiance's habit.

We remind you that apart from not drinking or smoking, Jennifer is very dedicated to a healthy diet, so leafy green vegetables, mostly broccoli, can be found on her menu, and she only consumes brown rice, and oatmeal, potatoes and quinoa as carbohydrates. On her plate, she must have protein, which she gets from meat and fish prepared in a low-fat way, and she usually consumes fruits and vegetables raw. She always carries fruit and nuts or protein shakes with her, and she drinks coffee without caffeine.

Her personal trainer David Kirsch revealed in an earlier interview with Vogue how the singer trains.

' We combine cardio exercises, exercises for the whole body, and special exercises for the lower part of the body. All these exercises are very intense and she takes them very seriously, which is exciting for someone like me,' said David.
