Natali Germanotta is six years younger than Lady Gaga. She contributed to the fashion design of the show with her studio Topo Studio, which she runs together with business partner Anida Qerimaj.
- Our first costume appears on the song 'Bang, Bang', Germanotta told American Vogue, adding: It is a pink glittery feather-encrusted dress complemented by a coat with ostrich feathers. The other is an avant-garde pink set with a cloak coat worn over a black velvet vest and a matching pink skirt.

Germanotta explains how her design is based on elements from the jazz era:
- I like to close my eyes after looking at the pictures and imagining my sister singing. I try to understand what jazz means to her and imagine how she moves around the stage. Our work together never seems like a job. The feeling is really unfettered and free, from start to finish, says the younger sister.
