It is the longest-running series of all time on Australian television.
After 37 years of continuous broadcasting and 9,000 recorded episodes, the Australian soap opera "Neighbors" will end its broadcast on July 29 when the last episode will be shown. The series launched the careers of many Australian stars, such as Russell Crowe, Margot Robbie, Kylie Minogue, Jason Donovan, and others.
A short video has just been released which revealed that many long-gone stars will return in the final episode, including Kylie Minogue, Margot Robbie, Jesse Spencer, Delta Goodrem, Kym Valentine, and Carla Bonner.
"Surprise! You didn't think we were done with surprises, did you" the producers of the series said on Twitter.
Margot Robbie starred in the series from 2008 to 2011, and when her contract expired after 327 episodes, she did not renew it. At the beginning of spring, the news that this project will end was officially confirmed. It is the longest-running series of all time on Australian television, and over four decades has gained a wide audience in the UK as well.
