The legendary Michael Jackson would celebrate his 63rd birthday today, and the “king of pop” throughout his impressive career has shocked fans around the world in every way with every move.

Jackson made his stage debut with his older brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, and Marlon in The Jackson 5. He began his solo career in 1971 and immediately broke into the top of the world charts. By the early 1980s, he had become one of the most significant figures in the history of popular music. The music videos for the songs "Beat It", "Billie Jean" and "Thriller" laid the foundations for a new era of music at the time, and after that, the accompanying videos became the most important means of promoting the songs to all performers. At the 1984 Grammy Awards, Jackson won as many as eight gold statuettes for the album "Thriller" and set a new record.

Throughout his career, his life was followed day by day, and reporters chased him wherever he went. At the height of his career, he raised a number of controversies and assumptions because of his relationships and because of the change in appearance and behavior that often shocked the world. He was accused in 1993 of sexually assaulting the children of his friends, but at trial, all charges were dropped. In the following years, several more similar reports followed, and today, due to the testimony of the alleged victims, he is under charges.

The "King of Pop" was married to the daughter of the "King of Rock and Roll", Lisa Marie Presley, and in several interviews, she pointed out that Michael was a completely different person in public than he was when the spotlight went out. Lisa Marie Presley and Michael Jackson divorced in 1996, and she claims there was nothing to indicate that he was abusing children. With Debbie Rowe, the singer had two children, and Paris and Prince Jackson who have been under the magnifying glass of the media since birth. Paris is a model today, and she is trying to make a career out of it and she is in fashion shows all over the world.

The legendary musician crashed on June 25, 2009, at his home in Los Angeles, and doctors tried to revive him, but without success. He was taken to the hospital when he was already in a coma and was pronounced dead a few hours later. A commemoration was held at the Staples Center on July 7, 2009, and he was buried in a gilded coffin worth $ 25,000. Jackson is buried in a circle of family and friends at the Great Mausoleum at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Los Angeles.

Michael Jackson is one of the best-selling and most award-winning performers of all time. He has sold over 350 million albums worldwide, and “Thriller” is the best-selling album ever. He is also the first performer to win the Billboard charts in five decades, and even after his death, he broke records. Forbes pointed out four years ago that Jackson earned as much as $ 825 million after his death. He was known for his energetic voice, great performances, and “moonwalk,” as he called his famous dance, became legendary.
