The Frenchman was on Monday at Paris Fashion Week at the Schiaparelli fashion show. Olivier attracted attention with his black clothing combination that matched the gold details. Many commented that there were no signs of a terrible accident on the designer and that he recovered well. We agree.

By the way, Rousteing revealed on Instagram in early October last year that he had successfully hidden for a year that he had an accident.

‘I finally feel ready to share this with everyone. I’ve been hiding it for a long time and I think that it’s time you knew it. Exactly a year ago, a fireplace exploded in my house. The next morning I woke up in a hospital in Paris. The wonderful staff took care of me in the hospital, I can't thank them enough. I did my best to hide this from as many people as possible and I tried for too long to keep a secret with people from my team and closest friends, 'he wrote.

'I confess, I'm not sure why I was so ashamed. Maybe it is because of my obsession with perfection for which fashion is known and also my insecurities. While I was recovering, I just worked day and night to forget and try to create new collections. But at the same time, I hid scars with face masks, long sleeves, rings. And I really realized that the power of social networks is such that they only reveal what you want to show! They allowed us to create our own special story that avoids everything we don't want to see or show: this is our new world, 'he added.

Now, a year later designer is healed, happy and healthy. He realizes how blessed he really is.

"My last show was about celebrating healing from pain and I thank all the models on my team’s production, my Balmain family models, my friends who came and supported not only my 10 years of Balmain but also my rebirth. Today I feel so free, so good and so happy. I begin a new chapter with a smile on my face and a heart full of gratitude. To the doctors and nurses in Saint Louis, and to all those who helped me during this long recovery and kept my secret: a deep thank you. I love you. God bless you. And never give up again. There is always sun after a storm, ' he concluded.

By the way, Olivier worked for the fashion house Balmain since 2009 and in 2011 he became its creative director. Earlier, when he was 19, he was part of the team of designer Robert Cavalli.
