Pete Davidson on sad past and plans for the future
Davidson, by the way, lost his father when he was seven years old
The young comedian Pete Davidson opened his soul during the show with Kevin Hart and admitted that he would very much like to become a father. The relationship with Kim Kardashian, obviously, really affected him, considering that until now he didn't really want to "become a parent soon".
Recall that Kim has four children from her marriage to Kanye West - daughters Chicago and North, and sons Psalm and Saint. Davidson, on the other hand, lost his father when he was only seven years old, and that left a mark on his soul.
“I haven't achieved it yet, but I would like to have a child! It's my dream” - Pete surprised many by admitting in the teaser for the mentioned show.
“I'm really trying to be a better person, I'm preparing for the role of a parent. I want to develop so that when that happens to me, everything will be easy” - he explained, and then he recalled his own childhood, which was not very great, considering the circumstances.
“My childhood was not wonderful. My dad died, my mother was left alone, and my younger sister didn't take it all well... Oh, what a nightmare. If all went well, I'd become some construction worker in Staten Island and be the happiest man in the world. Like this... All those things that happen to you, they somehow teach you to fall in love with the comedy” - he believes.

Firefighter and Pete's father Scott Davidson worked and eventually died in New York, in the line of duty - as part of the 9/11 attacks. According to local media reports, he was last seen helping to evacuate people from the Marriott Hotel just before the collapse of the North Tower.
Many are surprised how much time Pete spends with his girlfriend's children, for whom he recently got a tattoo of the letters "KNSCP" (as in "Kim, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm?") and then the names "Jasmine" and "Aladdin" - because how they actually got to know each other better, as part of the show "Live on Saturday Night".
