Jessica Alba (40) is an actress that Hollywood talks about as not getting old. Years pass by this woman without even touching her, She claims that nothing happens by itself and that it is not about any magic but hard work. She said that as she becomes older, her priority is to live as healthy as she can. To manage this, she does Pilates and strength training and eats very healthy.

What does Alba's health plan look like?

1. Exercise two to four times a week.

She said she needs to sweat. She doesn’t feel good and healthy if she doesn’t follow this.

2. Pilates largely avoids high impact, high power output, and heavy muscular and skeletal loading.

She said she didn’t understand how much Pilates can do to your body until she started doing it regularly. She usually goes with her friends.

3. High-intensity exercises are something that Alba likes to practice.

She said she likes to run, move, and sweat. She also goes swimming, cycling, or hiking whenever she has an opportunity.

4. Alba is not a vegetarian, but her four-week meals consist only of a plant-based diet.

Four days a week she eats veg food, and she doesn’t drink alcohol. Then on weekends, she eats whatever she wants. Jessica stated that her menu also contains protein shakes, and for breakfast, she usually eats avocados and poached eggs, while during the day she snacks on fresh vegetables with hummus or popcorn with Himalayan salt. Jessica admitted that she does not eat sweets and that she tries to sweeten only natural sugars such as fruit or honey.

5. Coconut water is her favorite drink.

She only drinks coffee, tea, and coconut water!
