Rarely today does anyone recognize a beauty who withdrew from the public after marriage, many have forgotten the days of her great glory!
Rhea Durham and Mark Wahlberg met in 2001, and soon after their first date, Mark knew she was the right woman for him.
Rhea Durham, 43, retired from the runway when she met the Hollywood actor, and many forgot about her glorious days.
The ravishing American graced the covers of prestigious Vogue, Marie Claire, and Elle magazines and was Victoria's Angel. Everything changed when she met Mark Wahlberg, 50, in 2001 after promotion in New York. The next day they went on their first date to St. Peter's Cathedral in Manhattan.
"I knew soon after that she was the one, but I still had to be sure that I was the man I should be for her," Mark once said.
Interestingly, Rhea met Wahlberg after he was disappointed in love and decided to stay out of the relationship for a while. Namely, the girl he was with before her refused to wait for him while he was in prison.
The actor was sentenced to two years in prison for assault, but after pleading guilty, he was given a 45-day sentence. “I decided then that I wouldn’t give my heart to anyone anymore,” Mark pointed out.
But Rhea changed his mind. "When I met my wife and we had our first child, daughter Ella, 17, I realized that everything happened for a reason. After that, I have great respect for women and I teach that to my sons as well. They must not go the way I once did and ended up in jail, ”Wahlberg said.

The actor and the former model were married on August 1, 2009, and he explained that they already felt like they were married, but they wanted everything to be official. Rhea recently celebrated her 43rd birthday, and Mark highlighted it in a short and emotional post and described how much she means to him.
"Happy birthday to my wife Rhea, who not only looks too good but is also the most important thing - the amazing mother of our four children. I love you, baby," he wrote on social media.

At one time, Wahlberg also discovered the secret of his successful relationship with Durham. "Spending time together in a quality way. That's all that matters. I'm no longer a man who goes out in the evenings with friends. I don't smoke cigarettes or weed. I don't play golf. I'm with my family," said the actor, who has daughters Ella and Grace (11) and sons Brendan (12) and Michael (15) with the former model.
