Scott Disick is jealous of Travis Barker?
Although his behavior was the main reason for their breakup, Scott Disick still can’t come to terms with the fact that it’s only a matter of days before Kourtney and Travis Barker say a fateful ‘yes’.
It is well known that Scott Disick did not really want to open the champagne and celebrate the engagement of Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian, so it is not surprising that the relationship between the star of the show 'Flip It Like Disick' and his ex-girlfriend's new fiancé is still quite strained.
Kourtney and Travis were recently spotted spending time together at a baseball game between her and Scott’s son Reign, and as a source close to the couple has revealed, trips like this are a rather rare opportunity. Scott, who with Kourtney also has a 12-year-old son Mason and a 9-year-old daughter Penelope, still can't stand Travis, or rather despises him and tries not to be near him. But he tries to leave all differences aside as much as possible because of their children.
‘Scott adores his children and would do anything to make them happy’, a well-informed insider revealed, adding that Travis and Scott ‘are not on friendly terms’ and spend time together just because the kids are there. Although they haven't been together since 2015, Scott still regrets that things didn't go differently with Kourtney. ‘He feels Kourtney was the one and still can’t chew on the fact that she’s getting married soon,’ the source said. 'He thinks he'll never find someone like Kourtney.'
'Even years after everyone went their separate ways, Scott still loves her,' the insider explained, 'And it will take time for him to fully accept that Travis is the right one for her.'
Travis proposed Kourtney in October 2021. Drummer Blink-182 proposed to her on a beach in Montecito, California, and Scott was visibly upset months later. When he found out about the engagement from the media, he was furious. ‘He knew there was a possibility of that happening, but he was still very jealous of Kourtney and Travis’ relationship,' a source close to Scott said at the time, noting that Scott hoped Kourtney and Travis would cancel the whole thing before the wedding. Another source also said Scott felt isolated and like an outsider in the Kardashian-Jenner family and that he even refused to be in the same room with them. Although he seems to have progressed a bit since then, we’re pretty sure he won’t be friends with Travis.
