Security guard is seeking three million dollars from Kris Jenner for harassment!
Reality star Kris Jenner has been accused by former bodyguard Marc McWilliams of touching him inappropriately, writes the Mirror. He is demanding Kris to pay him $ 3 million in damages.
Marc McWilliams, who worked as a bodyguard for the Kardashian family, sued Kris in late 2020, and the lawsuit continues.
The documents say that Marc claims that Kris showed "a pattern of unwanted and indecent sexual behavior". He also claims to have experienced "sexual harassment, a hostile work environment, racial and gender discrimination" in the workplace.
"The plaintiff is trying to compensate for the damage caused by unwanted sexual and sexual harassment. The plaintiff has repeatedly complained to the authorities and human resources, but the employer has not taken any action," the new report reads.
When this incident was first reported, Kris denied all claims by bodyguards.
“Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian deny the completely false claims of former security guard Marc McWilliams,” the family’s lawyer at the time told Mail Online.
