Selena Gomez admitted: All my relationships were damned, I never felt equal!
She has never felt equal in her relationships.
American singer Selena Gomez (28) spoke about her relationships in a recent interview for "Vogue Australia".
Namely, the former Disney star believes that her past relationships were "cursed" and admits that she "never felt equal in a relationship" with her former partners.
The singer has filled the headlines over the past decade with her love affairs, including the most famous ones with pop sensations Justin Bieber (27) and The Weeknd (31).
Although she did not name any of her exes, Selena admits that she "never felt equal" with her romantic partner.
- I was too young to be exposed to certain things while I was in a relationship. I think most of my experiences in relationships are damned - Selena admitted.
- I guess I should have found out what that word means to me because I felt so "small" in past relationships and I never felt equal - the singer added.
- I just said that's what I want to feel for myself. In fact, I have to feel that way about myself - said the singer.
Selena admitted that she was in "four treatment centers" because of her mental health since she became famous as a child.
She has been in a relationship with Justin since 2011, the couple often broke up, and they broke up forever in 2018. Months after the breakup, Justin began a relationship with model Haley Baldwin (24) and the couple soon got married.
Selena also had a ten-month relationship with singer The Weeknd, who broke off his relationship with model Bela Hadid (24), and returned to her after breaking up with Selena. A source close to the singer confirmed that Selena is currently enjoying her freedom.
