Tasty vegetable stew recipe
In the summer, we always turn to lighter meals, and this recipe is just like that.
Stew rich in vegetables, without meat, refreshing and delicious lunch or dinner, which everyone will love. It is made quickly, the ingredients are cheap and nutritious, and you certainly have most of them at home. This is a spoonful dish that will give you strength during the summer heat.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of potatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 4 fleshy red peppers
- 1 bunch of primrose
- 2 tablespoons flour
- a little pepper
- salt, pepper

Preparation:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, then put them in a pot and pour water over them to soak them. Cut the onion into slices, paprika, and carrot into strips, then add everything to the potato mix. Cook over medium heat until the vegetables are completely soft. If necessary, add a little water. Mix the flour with the spices, stir with a little water and pour everything into the pot. Simmer until you get the desired density and season everything to taste. Before serving, finely chop the parsley and sprinkle it evenly.
