Light meal salad with cheese

The recipe for a light salad is always welcome on such occasions, and the best part is that you can play with the flavors and add more spices, more vegetables, and you can even add meat.
Ingredients:
- 2 red peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 100 g of cheese
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- fresh primrose
- a little spice
- salt, pepper

Preparation:
- Wash the peppers and tomatoes well, then cut them into leaves, and the onion, cheese and cucumber into small cubes.
- Put vegetables and cheese in a deeper bowl, add salt, pepper.
- Then, mix mayonnaise and sour cream, pour into a bowl and mix everything well.
- Sprinkle the salad with finely chopped parsley on top and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Serve the salad as a side dish, and you can eat it as a complete meal with a toast.
