Taylor Swift is finally on TikTok, but her first video did not take our breath away
Taylor Swift finally joined TikTok, but her first video was neither lip sync, nor dance, nor any challenge - everything we would expect from her, but simply - advertising, sales video.
Taylor Swift’s fans have gone wild as the singer joined the popular network after a long wait, and in the first video, she decided to advertise vinyl for the album Red.
In the description of the video, she wrote: "Lots going on at the moment: Red (my version) vinyl is up for presale on my site and oh I'm on tiktok now let the games begin". She also used the hashtag #SwiftTok which has the potential to go viral with her fans.
The singer wrote in the description of her TikTok account: "This is pretty much a cat account."
Fans are excited, of course, but not because of the promo video, but because of the very fact that Taylor has joined the network.
"She has arrived, stay calm," one follower wrote. "Welcome to the Queen's party, we have been waiting for you patiently," she added.
Taylor will release a new version of the album Red on November 19, and it will also include 10 unreleased songs.
