The first trailer for the movie "Elvis" is out!

It's been a decade since the first rumors about a film that will show Elvis' life surfaced in Hollywood. It was finally done by Buz Luhrmann, and the first trailer was released last night.

Judging by the first visuals stumbled in two and a few minutes of the first trailer, "Elvis" will be a very exciting film, and it will finally arrive in cinemas on June 24, 2022. The role of the king of rock'n'roll is given to young Austin Butler. Names like Ansel Elgort, Miles Teller, and Harry Styles have also auditioned for the role, but the similarity is obvious so there is no mistake with that choice.

We remember Austin from Tarantino's "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood " where he had a small role of Tex Watson from the Manson family, and now Buz Luhrmann has given him space to show his full potential. The role of Priscilla was taken over by the Australian actress Olivia DeJonge, a favorite of a director who is also Australian. But in this version of Elvis ’biography, the emphasis will be on the relationship between the singer and his manager Tom Parker while the issue of marriage and relationship with Priscilla will be left aside.

Tom Hanks got the role of Elvis manager who launched his career in the mid-50s, negotiated on his behalf for lucrative contracts such as for the RCA house, and eventually stayed with Elvis until his death in 1977. Since the release of Elvis' first hit single, “Heartbreak Hotel,” Parker held the musician career in his hands. The plot of the film follows Elvis' life from his childhood in Tupelo, Mississippi, until his death on his estate in Graceland. Elvis' house on the estate remains one of the most visited private homes in America for more than 50 years after the king's death. But according to a filming report, Luhrmann completely recreated the Colonial Revival Palace in a studio in Queensland. After years of making terrible Hollywood films, "The King" turned his career one night at the International Hotel, 31. July 1969, when he came out from behind the golden lamé curtain to perform in front of an audience of 2,000 people, and big names then such as Cary Grant, Sammy Davis Jr. and Paul Anka. We can not wait to watch it!
