Tom Cruise has loved his many fellow beauties over the years, and breaking up with them has always been turbulent and often mysterious.
Actors Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise were married from the late 1990s to 2001, and many considered them a Hollywood ‘it’ couple. Although they have not been together for 21 years and they have more than moved on in their love life, their relationship is still talked about and written about.
In a recent interview, Nicole spoke about films, career and family, and at one point a journalist asked her if her role as Lucille Ball in Being the Ricardos had anything to do with her marriage to Tom Cruise. She replied angrily, ‘Absolutely not! It was so long ago that it doesn't make sense at all '.
“I would pray that I am not constantly placed in that category. I think questions like that are a bit sexist because I’m not sure anyone would ask a man that. At one point I was fed up and I thought - ‘Give me my life’. In her full right ', Nicole snapped.
She got such a question because she described her film role in these words: ‘It’s all about a creative and romantic relationship that doesn’t work. I really like that. I like that it’s not a happy ending. You can't make people behave the way you want them to, and sometimes you'll fall in love with someone you won't spend your whole life with, ' Nicole said. ‘This film is about being able to have special connections that develop, grow, and leave traces forever. I think it's really wonderful ' , concluded the famous Oscar winner.
