The Netflix series "Man vs. Bee" is almost here!

The series "Man vs. Bee” will have nine episodes lasting between 10 and 20 minutes.

Netflix has released the first trailer for the upcoming television comedy "Man vs. Bee", in which the main character is played by English actor Rowan Atkinson, known for his roles in the series "Mr. Bean" and "Black Adder". Well, Mr. Bean is back, but in a slightly more serious version and the one where he speaks!

Rowan Atkinson is the main protagonist of Netflix's new short comedy series in which his main enemy is the bee, just like in various jokes. This joke will now be revived on small screens so we’ll see how hard it really is to get rid of bees from home.

The plot follows Trevor (Atkinson) who finally finds a job, seemingly very simple: he guards the house while its residents are on vacation. These are rich people whose home abounds with various works of art, and expensive cars, and there is also one cute dog Cupcake. What Trevor thought would be an ideal job turns into a nightmare when a bee enters the house. But it is not just any bee, but a seemingly indestructible bee, so Trevor, on his way to releasing it back into nature, will create unprecedented chaos and damage.

Atkinson devised the series with writer William Davies, and the duo is also credited with the Johnny English trilogy. Other roles include Jing Lusi, Claudie Blakley, Tom Basden, Julian Rhind-Tutt, Greg McHugh, and India Fowler. Directed by David Kerr (Johnny English: Back to Task, Inside No. 9). "Man vs. Bee" premieres on Netflix on June 24 with 10 episodes lasting between 10 and 20 minutes.

British actor, comedian, and screenwriter Rowan Sebastian Atkinson was born on January 6, 1955, in Consett, England. ‘The Observer’ named Atkinson one of the 50 funniest actors in British comedy in 2007, and in a 2005 poll of fellow comedians, he was named one of the 50 best comedians of all time. In 2013, the British Queen Elizabeth awarded him with royal honors. Rowan Atkinson graduated from as many as two faculties - he received the best grades and a degree in electrical engineering and electronics from the University of Newcastle, and then a master's degree in electrical engineering from Oxford. His work was related to self-tuning control systems - if he hadn't succeeded in the entertainment industry, he might have been a top engineer.
