The royal family thrilled about the birth of Harry's daughter!
Members of the British royal family expressed their "enthusiasm" for the birth of the daughter of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
The Queen, Prince Charles, Camilla, and Prince William and Kate, issued a joint statement on the occasion of the birth of Lilibet Lily Diana and confirmed that they were "informed" about the news.
"The Queen, the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cronwell, and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been informed and delighted with the news of the birth of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's daughter," Buckingham Palace said in response.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry, and his wife Meghan Markle, have announced their second child, a baby girl.
According to the BBC, Lilibet "Lily" Diana Mountbatten-Windsor was born on Friday at 11.40 local time, in a hospital in Santa Barbara, California, USA. The girl weighed three kilograms and 487 grams.
