Tom Hanks surprised couple at their wedding: "It took us a second to realize what was happening"
Tom Hanks was walking along the beach in Santa Monica when he came across the wedding of Diciembre and Tashia Farries. The actor took pictures with the brides and gave a touching speech.
Tom Hanks (65) is adored by many fans because of his good nature and the friendly attitude that the actor cultivates through his actions. Everyone says he is very down-to-earth and modest, even though he is one of the most popular actors in the world.
He prepared a final pleasant surprise for two brides, Diciembre and Tashia Farries, as they exchanged vows on a beach in the California town of Santa Monica.

"We were so in our own moment so for him to walk up, it was shocking and took a second for us to realize. It was the cherry on top for our big day," bride Diciembre told Today.
"Of all the days, of all the people, he walked on the beach today, that's faith," she added.

The actor also gave a touching speech, and this was not the first time he surprised newlyweds.
While jogging in Central Park in New York City in 2016, he also came across newlyweds exchanging vows and stopped to share their happiness with them and take pictures. He made a similar gesture for the newlyweds from Alabama who invited him to their wedding in 2018. Although he could not come to the ceremony, he reciprocated by inviting them to be guests of honor at a play he was doing that summer.

By the way, Hanks has been happily married to colleague Rita Wilson since 1988 and they have two sons, Chet and Truman Theodore. Tom has a daughter Elizabeth and a son Colin from a previous marriage.
