The owner, Ignacio "Nacho" Anaya, didn't have enough ingredients to prepare a particular dish. He only had a few tortillas, some grated cheese, and Jalapeño peppers. In an instant, he came up with a recipe: he cut tortillas into triangles, made tortilla chips, sprinkled grated cheese and some peppers and put them all together in the oven for a few minutes. He got a new dish - nachos. The women were delighted with this new snack, and very quickly the recipe spread throughout America. Ingredients:
- 1 cup cornflour
- 1 cup plain flour
- Half a bag of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- Two teaspoons: sesame, flaxseed, and sunflower seeds
- Spoon of olive oil

Knead the dough from flour, seeds, water. The next step is to divide the mixture into balls and let it rise for half an hour. Roll out the balls on baking paper to get a thin base. Cut small triangles and then bake them at 150 degrees for about 30 minutes. You will know that they are ready by smell, and then by color (they will be slightly red) and they will be dry. Take it out of the oven, let it cool down a bit, break it and enjoy this healthy snack that you will be happy to prepare.
