Gaming Monitor - Corsair Xeneon Flex OLED

According to Tom's Hardware, the price and start date for pre-orders of Corsair's Xeneon Flex OLED monitor have now been disclosed. The manually bendable monitor, which was a highlight of this year's Gamescom, is expected to cost roughly 2,000 USD and will be available for pre-order on December 15th.

Corsair's Xeneon Flex OLED, a monitor that can be physically bent to a curve of up to 800R using two handles on the edges of the monitor, was the showpiece at Gamescom 2022.

However, the Xeneon Flex OLED can now be pre-ordered for $1,999 beginning December 15th, according to Tom's Hardware. On the official Corsair website, a countdown has been set up for this.

However, if you don't want to miss out on the flexible monitor, you need to act quickly since, as Corsair points out, the Xeneon Flex OLED will be available in limited quantities.

Corsair's latest viewer appeal is not only bendable, but it also has specifications, just like any other monitor. LG installed an OLED screen that resolves images in UWQHD (3,440 x 1,440 pixels) at 240 Hz. The Xeneon Flex OLED's screen diagonal is an amazing 45 inches, with a peak brightness of 1,000 cd/m2.

The display is compatible with Nvidia G-Sync and AMD Freesync technologies, with a contrast ratio of 1,350,000:1, and a reaction time of 0.03 milliseconds.

In terms of competition, LG did not hold back in introducing a 45-inch gaming display with comparable technical specifications. Similarly, it has an OLED display with a UWQHD resolution and a refresh rate of 240 Hz. Instead of a manually adjustable curvature, LG's 45GR95QE-B comes standard with an 800R curvature.

However, it is $300 less expensive and can be ordered three days earlier than the Xeneon Flex OLED, so it should arrive in time for the start of next year.
