The secret of the flawless beauty of the most beautiful model Irina Shayk lies in a simple Russian recipe for skincare. The famous 35-year-old model shared her morning beauty routine with and revealed some of the secrets of her flawless appearance, and the first step is - ice.
Facial cryotherapy, ice treatment, is not new, and its benefits are numerous: it reduces swelling, stimulates circulation, tightens the skin and gives it a glow as if you had just been in the fresh air.
Irina had prepared her ice the night before, from water with cucumbers and chamomile, and as she crossed the ice over her face, she humorously emphasized: 'This is how we wake up in Russia!'
The redness caused by the cold will soon disappear, and after that Irina applies moisturizer on her face, neck, and décolleté. She then massages her face briefly with a massager and stimulates drainage, and then applies the cream to the area around the eyes.
