Jennifer Lopez talked about horrific violence!

The documentary "Haltime" revealed numerous details from the life of Jennifer Lopez. Thus, the public finally found out all about the performance at the Super Bowl with Shakira, when the Latino diva thought it was unfair to share the stage. She also revealed that she almost gave up her career due to humiliation.

Now she also spoke about some painful moments from the past concerning her relationship with her mother, which was not always great. The singer said that she once received so many beatings from her that she had to run away from home. “I have a complicated relationship with my mother, we were constantly arguing. She did what she had to do, and because of that she is strong, but because of that, she is also rude. She beat us so much!” - said Jennifer, who has two more sisters.

The Latino diva points out that the main problem was the dance that dragged her away from school, which her mother could not bear. When she was 18, they had a bad argument, after which she had to run away from home. “She told me, if you're going to live under my roof, you're going to have to finish school. One night we had a bad fight and I had to leave” - Lopez said.

Let us remind you, that Jennifer has two more sisters, and her mother Guadalupe Rodriguez pointed out that she had the most problems with the singer, and that she always taught them to be independent and strong. “I was not a perfect mother, but I can only say that I did everything with their best interests in mind. I wanted to raise three girls so that they don't depend on men. I did not want to criticize them, but to show them that they can do better. But Jennifer was the worst, honestly, she was the hardest to deal with” - her mother said.

However, today she has a more than great relationship with Guadalupe, and she has been her biggest support during all these years and in the most difficult moments during her career.
