Kate Middleton ended up in self-isolation, she was in contact with a person positive for coronavirus!

Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, is in self-isolation and has canceled all commitments because she was in contact with a person who was subsequently found to be positive for coronavirus, Kensington Palace reported.

“The Duchess of Cambridge was in contact last week with someone who was subsequently positive for covid-19,” a Kensington Palace spokesman said.

"Her Royal Highness has no symptoms, but follows all relevant government instructions and is at home in self-isolation."

Kate, the wife of Prince William, attended a number of events last week, the most prominent being Wimbledon on Friday.

On Monday, she was scheduled to celebrate the 73rd anniversary of the British National Health Service with William, who doesn’t have to go into self-isolation.

Prince William overcame the virus in April last year, and the media wrote that he was quite severely affected by the virus. At about the same time, his father, Crown Prince Charles, also had the virus.
