Once upon a time, Kelly Brook was proclaimed the most beautiful woman in the world
Once upon a time, because of her curves and seductive clothes with which she accentuated her figure, she literally stopped traffic and was regularly on the lists of the sexiest women in the world, even ahead of Jennifer Lopez. But that life is far behind her, and Kelly Brook is happiest today when she works on the radio because no one can see what she looks like.
When you look at her today, few will be able to associate her name and appearance with a person who in 2016 was named by scientists from a college in Texas as a woman who has the most perfect body, completely natural and without any imperfections.
Thanks to her body and amazing curves, this beauty saved seven million pounds on the account and was in a relationship with the sexiest men of today, but all this did not bring her happiness. Fame also brought her many bad things, above all public condemnation, which she had a hard time dealing with.
This is exactly what made her decide to continue her career on the radio because people, she says, then focus on what you say, not what you look like.
Today, 41-year-old Kelly Brook is a few pounds overweight, but she wears them perfectly, without any complexes and full of self-confidence, making her a role model for other women. Today, she admits, she is happier than ever, although she carries, for many in the world of show business, an inconceivable size of 40, and at times even 44.
‘When I finished filming a sitcom in Los Angeles, I was in top shape, but four years ago I came home and started living in the countryside, on my farm in Kent. I just stopped thinking about what I look like… ', she admitted and continued:
‘I started cooking huge portions every day, going to pubs for dinner and the kilos just started to stick. It didn't help that I lived with an Italian, whose food is religious. '
Although she eventually began to pay attention to her diet and became an ambassador for a brand that sells weight loss products and lost 10 pounds, a coronavirus pandemic and lockdown occurred in the UK, which brought her back to square one.
' I went crazy in lockdown and bought a bread oven for pizza, so we prepared kebabs, pizzas on Friday nights . .. I bought an ice cream machine and came up with my own recipes. My head was in the fridge all the time and I gained more weight than I needed. '
But, she admits, she has now finally regained consciousness, introduced shakes and smoothies instead of some meals, and started paying attention to what she puts into herself.
‘Many of us would if we could press the reset button after this awful year. And that’s okay because we’re finally starting to think about ourselves again, taking our own lives into our own hands again. It's the right time to make the best out of life, ' said Kelly Brook, adding:
'I've never hated what I've become, in fact, I accept my weight and the size I wear. I don’t want to and can’t be the person I was in my 20s, my metabolism is slowed down, but I’m also aware that things can get out of hand, and I’m the type of person who gains weight fast. If I'm not careful, I'll wear the numbers 42 and 44 again instead of 38 and 40, and I don't want that.'
As she said, her breasts also grew with the pounds, but that does not make her happy, although it is thanks to her cleavage and lush curves that she has conquered the fashion world.
Today, Kelly finally found happiness in seven-years younger Italian model and artist Jeremy Paris, with whom she has been in a relationship for six years. That she is truly happy is also evident from the posts on her Instagram, where 1.3 million people from all over the world follow her, liking her posts of an idyllic life with a four-legged pet.

And if you may not remember, we will remind you that during her 20s and 30s, when she was at the peak of her career, she filled newspaper columns thanks to her private life and the fact that she was engaged four times.
Her first fiancé was action hero Jason Statham, with whom she spent seven years in Hollywood and who at the time had no cash to beat. After him, she switched to Billy Zane, but the engagement did not last long, mostly because he was not the slightest support in the moments when her father was dying.
She then had a turbulent relationship with rugby player Danny Cipriani, with whom she spent three years, and then with his colleague Tom Evans. She was also engaged to him, but after experiencing a miscarriage in the 23rd week of her pregnancy, everything went downhill.
Her last fiancé was former Royal Marine David McIntosh and he proposed to her after only 11 weeks of a relationship, but three months later they canceled everything.
‘I realized I was falling in love with men with whom I couldn’t imagine a future or a marriage. Maybe we had good sex, maybe the reason was that they lived in another country, but I didn’t want any of them to be the father of my children. They gave me what I wanted at the time and that's ok for a young woman. '
Only Jeremy has become a person with whom she can imagine being married and having children, but, she admits, everything is much harder when you turn 40 years old. ‘I know it’s harder to have kids my age, I’m aware of that, but it’s also okay to admit if you don’t want something. I never really wanted kids. I didn't want to get married. It's all right to admit that. '
