The teaser for the sci-fi thriller "Mickey 17" is out!
The film "Mickey 17" is a new film directed by Bong Joon Ho, the Korean director who won an Oscar for the film "Parasite". But even before "Parasite" became a hit in every way, Bong was already known for works such as "Snowpiercer", "Okja" and "The Host". The main role in his new film is played by Robert Pattinson, and now we know the premiere date - March 29, 2024 .
The movie "Mickey 17" is based on the book "Mickey 7", written by the American author Edward Ashton. The book is described as a blended sci-fi thriller, which explores questions of identity on multiple levels. The plot of this novel is based on a character who embarks on an expedition to colonize a frozen world. However, he does it purely for the money. Both an adventure novel and a philosophical satire, "Mickey 7" talks about love, science and many other aspects of human life in a new, different way.

Not much is known about the film itself. In addition to Robert Pattinson, in the film "Mickey 17" also stars Mark Ruffalo, Toni Collette and Steven Yeun, among others. When it comes to the plot of the film, it is not known how much it will stick to the original work.
