The most famous sex addict in the world: The world seemed to be at his feet, and then it was revealed that he delusionally cheated on his wife

Tiger Woods won everything he could on the golf courses, but it was like it wasn't enough for him, so he had to win all the women.

One of America's greatest golfers, Tiger Woods, celebrated his 46th birthday on Thursday. Tiger, real name Eldrick Tony Woods, was born in cypress, California. He was named Tiger after his father's Vietnam War friend. Everyone called him Tiger over time, so he took the nickname as his official name.

He started training golf when he was just two years old. At the age of three, he performed on television and played golf against actor Bob Hope. At the age of eight, he won the world junior championships. When he was 18, he became the youngest golfer in history to win the U.S. Amateur Championship. At 29, he won 10 major professional golf titles. He has won the most tournaments out of any golfer in his career.

However, despite numerous accolades and awards, something happened that shook the world to the core.  In December 2009, a major sex affair broke out that completely ruined his reputation. US media had revealed that he cheated on his wife Elin Nordegren, whom he married in 2004, with multiple women. Unable to deny their evidence, he confessed his infidelity in public and apologized to everyone. He also announced his retirement from golfing in hopes of trying to save his marriage. A dozen women soon came forward claiming to have been his mistresses for years.

The chase on him became so great that in a very short time he lost sponsorship deals, more precisely in a few months he lost $12 million in earnings. He soon checked himself into drug rehab and rehab for sex addictions. His wife did not forgive him for numerous affairs, so they divorced in August 2010.

After the divorce, Tiger returned to golf. He was also in a relationship with American skier Lindsey Vonn for three years. In addition to his marriage problems, Tiger also had problems with alcohol and drugs. In February this year, he was in a serious car accident in which he suffered serious bodily injuries.

He was alone in the vehicle and was pulled from the wreckage by firefighters, after which he ended up in the hospital. His injuries were so severe that he had to have surgery. After the accident and emergency surgery for significant orthopedic injuries to his right lower limb, Woods returned home to Jupiter, Florida, where he focused on his rehabilitation and spent time with his son Charlie and daughter Sam.

In March, Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva said the cause of Woods' accident had been determined, however, at the request of the golfer's team, they were not allowed to release information. After two months, Tiger posted a photo showing him walking, however, with the help of crutches.
