Model and entrepreneur Rosie HW has a long career in the fashion and beauty industry and always looks flawless, and in a recent video, she showed off her morning routine in which lies the key to her looks and energy.

As a big sleeper, during the week she tries to sleep at least 7-8 hours every night, and since she gets up at 6:30, during the quarantine she went to bed around 10 pm. She adapted her rhythm of sleep to the rhythm of her little son, but also to work with people on other continents and in other time zones. In the morning, Rosie starts her day off with some proven recipes:

  • Immediately after waking up, there is an already tested recipe for waking up the body: water with lemon. She keeps the lemon water by the bed so she can consume it when she opens her eyes and uses that time of peace in the morning to dedicate to herself.
  • After skincare, breakfast follows. Before the meal, drink a cup of hot water with a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and a tablespoon of manuka honey. She admits that she loved to drink coffee, but that it didn't sit well with her, so she hasn't drunk it for years, so she decided on a healthier choice of apple cider vinegar, which she claims is a taste to get used to.
  • She knows that protein is important in the morning, so she usually eats chia pudding, egg whites on toast or oatmeal for breakfast before going to the gym and starting the rest of the workday.
