The famous singer Justin Timberlake sold a luxury penthouse in New York for a staggering 29 million dollars.

The singer and his wife, actress Jessica Bill, bought this apartment in 2017 for $ 20.2 million. The luxury penthouse has four bedrooms, plus two bathrooms and a private elevator. The building also has a private underground garage which makes it a great place to live away from the watchful eyes of the paparazzi.

That is why it is not surprising that the neighborhood is full of famous faces. Some of the celebrities who were Timberlake's neighbors until recently were actor Ryan Reynolds and actress Blake Lively, as well as actress Jennifer Lawrence, actress Rebel Wilson, and F1 driver Lewis Hamilton, who recently sold his slightly larger penthouse for $ 50 million.

Other benefits that the tenants of such apartments have are a porter at the door, service, the most modern security facilities, a long indoor pool, as well as a fitness center.

That the singer manages to make money on real estate is also shown by the fact that last year he sold a villa in Beverly Hills, where he earned literally millions. Namely, Timberlake and Jessica bought it for 26.7 million dollars less than the amount for which they sold it, so together with the sum from 2021 and now, they earned 35.5 million dollars.

Justin is also selling his house in Los Angeles. For almost two decades, music superstar Justin Timberlake has lived on this lavish Hollywood Hills estate that was originally built for Oscar winner Helen Hunt. Justin Timberlake, who is married to actress Jessica Bell, reportedly paid $ 8.3 million for a Spanish-style residence in 2002 but has since significantly upgraded the villa and the surroundings. He is now asking $ 35 million for this luxury property.

For a start, the singer bought a neighboring plot in order to have maximum privacy, and his property now covers an area of 10.2 hectares of forest - which is a rarity in Los Angeles. Surrounded by terracotta tiles, the 1,350-square-foot residence also boasts a rustic-elegant interior recently refreshed by A-list designer Estee Stanley.
