- 250 g of red canned beans
- 150 g canned corn
- cucumber
- Red pepper
- 500 g marinated mushrooms
- croutons
- lettuce for decoration
- mayonnaise
Preparation:
- Chop the cucumber, paprika and mushrooms, then mix it all with the corn and beans.
- Pour into a bowl and add mayonnaise, then mix well.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Finally, add the croutons and chopped lettuce or some other greens.
