Miley Cyrus shared the changes with fans both professionally and privately
The daring singer often speaks honestly about her private affairs
Miley Cyrus recently said goodbye to her Plastic Hearts era which was tied to her self-titled album, and is gearing up for her next project, inspired by changes in her personal and professional life, she told fans in a handwritten letter.
“I am so grateful for your loyal support + great company in this ride of my life!” Cyrus wrote to fans on MileyWorld.com. “In my life, there have been intense bursts of change on a personal + professional level (which always coexist). I am so [excited] to focus on my experiences and use them as inspiration in my next project! I am very grateful that I never had to go through these transitional times alone because I have you! ”
The letter is part of a nostalgic restart of a password-protected website she used to communicate with fans during the Disney Channel era. Along with the letter, the “Angels Like You” singer shared her hour-long set at Austin City Limits for fans who couldn’t join her live performance. Cyrus has performed at several recent festivals and events, including the Austin City Limits Festival, where she has played several throwback hits, including “See You Again,” “The Climb,” and “7 Things.”
In an email to fans, she noted that MileyWorld is “currently under construction” and will be “evolving in real-time along with me and the next era that is currently being created”.
Her seventh and latest album, glam rock “Plastic Hearts”, was inspired by the new wave and was released in November 2020. Cyrus often retains his private life when it comes to details. For example, it is not known what exactly happened after the breakup with boyfriend Cody Simpson in August 2020 and after her divorce from husband Liam Hemsworth in August 2019, but she is always honest when it comes to how she feels.
After more than a year without concerts, Cyrus said during a performance on July 4 in Las Vegas that she felt like it was her first performance. “Somehow I feel like I’m here for the first time and I had to repeat everything. I really feel like this is my first performance, ”she told the audience. "You know when you meet someone and say, 'I've never loved this before because this - it seems so different.' That's how I feel when I'm here with you. "
We are really looking forward to her new sound because it is really always creative and a big shift compared to the previous ones. Rarely does anyone do such transformations as Miley!
