2021 has been a successful year for the famous Kim Kardashian, considered one of the most influential and powerful women in show business. The socialite wanted to close the year with a photo shoot in which she summarizes several important moments in the last 365 days, including the recent show of her brand SKIM, which continues to position itself as one of the most successful in fashion.
On her Instagram she shared a gallery of images which she titled simply "2021". In the first of them, Kim appeared posing in a three-piece outfit designed with delicate silk; on the top she had a bikini and jacket and briefs from the jacquard line that launched this year, complemented by a heeled sandals and feathers.
The celebrity, star of the family reality show Keeping with the Kardashians, was recognized in the last edition of the People Choice for her efforts and ventures in the world of fashion, and was presented with The Fashion Icon 2021 award. The famous woman took the stage in a suit of her signature Balenciaga without disguising her amazement at the award.
"I'm honored every day that designers are willing to work with me. There was a time when they wouldn’t," she said in a speech where she didn't omit thanking her ex-partner, rapper Kanye West, for bringing her to the fashion world and even convincing designers to dress her. "It's like a dream to wake me up and put on these amazing clothes. I feel very grateful."
2021 has also been a successful year for Kim in the professional realm, as she has strived to earn the coveted law degree, inspired by her father's profession. Precisely on her Instagram, she shared another of the images resting between books, notebooks and notes, an effort that has earned her to pass the first entrance exam after three failed attempts.
The 41-year-old star took to social media to announce her achievement with an inspiring message. "I passed the exam. Looking in the mirror, I am very proud of the woman I see in the reflection today," said the famous woman who aspires to enter the University of California. On her social networks, Kim has been an activist in favor of various social and human rights causes, including the recent case of the Cuban truck driver sentenced to 110 years in prison.
Kim, like other celebrities, Shakira for example, weighed in on the sentencing of Rogel Lazaro Aguilera-Mederos, who ran over and killed several people in Denver after his car’s brakes stopped working. " Another shocking and unfair part of this case is that the judge did not want to give him such a long sentence. Despite that, because of the mandatory minimums in Colorado, his hands were tied. The Colorado law has to be changed, and this is very unfair," she said on social media.
