NEW: The Big Breakfast Diet
The Big Breakfast Diet has intrigued many with its tempting menu and promising results.
It is well known that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and one of the most popular diets recently places emphasis on it, that is, on the amount of food eaten at the beginning of the day. Whether this diet is effective was investigated by the Endocrine Society of the USA and they came to the conclusion that it really makes sense.
Namely, after 4 months of this diet, those subjects who had a hearty breakfast at the beginning of the day lost an average of 17 kilograms without regaining them after stopping the diet, and the reason why this diet is such an effective strategy lies in the fact that those who ate hearty breakfasts had significantly fewer hunger pangs and cravings for sweets than other subjects whose meals at the beginning of the day were more modest.

Another important thing that played a role in this diet is that the subjects took care to eat foods rich in fiber such as cereals, vegetables, legumes and fruits, and it is the fiber that will help us maintain the desired weight, but also lose extra pounds.
For breakfast, it is therefore recommended to eat foods that contain a high percentage of protein, little fat and a minimum of carbohydrates. The other meals of the day can be in different proportions because the metabolism of the vast majority of people can handle a little more carbohydrates or fats. It is even allowed to treat yourself to your favorite candy sometimes, with an emphasis on sometimes, while some sweet drink is recommended to drink before physical activity to stimulate calorie burning and increase endurance.
For dinner, it is best to limit the intake of carbohydrates, eat fats in slightly smaller quantities and again consume the most proteins. Along with fish and meat as the most recommended foods, it is advisable to eat soups, stews, salads and vegetables in any form .
