Renew your energy next to a water!
These 3 water purification rituals will help you calm your mind, restore energy, release negative emotions and merge with nature.
We were born in water, our bodies are made of water. It is no wonder that we are so attracted to it - in all its forms. Wallace J. Nichols, the author of the book 'Blue mind', has researched the effect of water on our brain for years and discovered that water calms us and makes us happy. We wash ourselves with water, but at the same time, we can clean ourselves energetically with it. In many cultures, water is used in rituals. We present three options that you can perform when you are out of energy, wounded and sad.

1. The sea
Go to the beach, and step into the sand with your bare feet. Feel it caress your toes. Spread them out and pay attention to all the sensations your feet experience as the sand slides between your toes. And don't forget to take a deep breath of sea air. The negative ions released by the waves crashing against the shore are said to have an extremely calming effect on our nervous system, while at the same time they improve our mood.
If you want to discard something, go into the water. Remember the person, the event and everything you would like to leave behind and then dive into the sea with your whole body. Feel the water caress your skin, observe how the temperature of the sea and your body changes while you swim and when you lift your head out of the water take a deep breath and dive in, ask for the dissolution of negative emotions, when you return to the surface you will be able to feel a certain relief. The sea renews us and cleans the aura.
2. Streams and rivers
Rivers and streams have a special healing and purifying energy. A walk along the stream or river is enough. Water flows from the source to the outlet, hits stones, bends, jumps over obstacles, creates eddies and carries with it everything that enters it.
Treat yourself to meditation by the river or stream. Sit on the embankment and close your eyes. Listen to the sound of a stream or river dancing in its flow. Open your eyes and look around you.
3. Waterfall
Waterfalls are certainly among the most beautiful wonders of nature. Stand next to rushing water and watch its powerful flow from top to bottom. Then close your eyes. Try to perceive all the sensations that are offered. Listen carefully to all the nuances of sound created by stones, water and wind. If possible, place your palm under the waterfall and focus your attention on your body. How does your skin feel when splashed with water? Is the current too strong? Spray your face or just imagine this waterfall flowing through your body and purifying you. Cleanse yourself with the help of untouched nature.
