One pot Chinese chicken and rice

Chinese food is very tasty, and an additional advantage is that you can prepare it at home because it is really simple. It is usually prepared in a sweet and sour sauce, but if you are a fan of spicy foods, then you can make it in a hot sauce. We suggest an extremely tasty dish with chicken, eggs, and rice that is prepared in one pan. You can also use pork instead of chicken.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 chicken fillets
- starch
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 300 g of cooked rice
- 1 onion
- 1 large carrot
- 1/2 cup canned peas
- 1 clove garlic

Preparation:
Beat the eggs, then fry them. Take them out into a container. Add a little more oil to the same pan, then fry the meat that you previously cut into cubes and roll in starch. When fried, add soy sauce (1 tablespoon) and mix well. Remove the meat, then add the rice you previously cooked to the same pan. Pour soy sauce (2 tablespoons) and a little oil, then fry. Take out the rice, then pour a little more oil into the same pan and add finely chopped onion, garlic, carrot, and peas. Fry for a few minutes, then return the meat, eggs, and rice. Leave for another 2 minutes on the stove. Finally, sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
