Tasty : Poppy seed cake with fresh fruit

The cake contains a soaked crust of poppies and biscuits, a light vanilla cream that is ready in just three minutes, and seasonal fresh fruit.
Ingredients:
Dough:
- 2 eggs
- vanilla sugar
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 ml of milk
- 50 ml of oil
- 50 g flour
- 50 g ground biscuits
- 100 g of ground poppy seeds
- 1 flat teaspoon baking powder
Topping:
- 200 ml of milk
- 60 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
- 50g butter
Cream:
- 1 pack of vanilla-flavored cream pudding and ground biscuits
- 250 ml of milk
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- fresh fruit

Preparation:
For the dough - beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar well with a mixer. The mixture should become light yellow and foamy. Then add milk and oil, and whisk briefly. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, poppy seeds, and ground biscuits. Gradually add to the mixture and stir just enough until a smooth mixture is formed.
Pour the dough into a mold with a diameter of 20 centimeters, which is previously lined with baking paper, and bake for 35 minutes at 400 degrees, the mode where the upper and lower heaters are turned on if possible. Check with a toothpick before removing it from the oven.
While the cake is baking, prepare the topping - put all the ingredients in a pan and cook at a medium temperature, but only until the butter melts, the topping should not boil. Immediately after baking, prick the baked cake well with a fork or stick. Spread the topping, and let it soak and cool completely.
Finally, beat the cream pudding with milk and sugar according to the instructions on the back of the package. Spread the finished cream over the cake and decorate with fresh fruit. It is ready to eat immediately, but it is desirable to cool it down in the refrigerator.
